Mom asked that I post some pictures of my recent race in Lynchburg. However, Facebook filters prevented me from posting this picture on my Facebook account (something about "excessive levels of awesomeness"). I ran the 10 miles at a pace of 6:39 /mile and didn't pass out. I did have a dose of Zym that morning and PR'd (my previous 10 miler best was 6:59 /mile---when I was 26).

Thanks guys. The watch is a present I bought for myself when my paper got accepted. It's the Nike+ gps sportswatch which works for me since I pretty much just run.
