What the future holds...
We learned this weekend that I got the job in California! We hope to be moving to Corona, CA right after Tustiweek of the Summer of Kim. We are planning to get a house with an RV parking spot, a guest room, and we'll have a couple futons, so we want everyone to come visit. Mayka, I am counting on you to help me figure out where everything should go like you did in Philly. We are so excited to see you all this summer and be closer to everyone after that (except, I am not sure if the Texas Tustisons will be closer or not).

Just in case the FBI comes a Callin'
With 2014 promising to be a great one for TustiQroo and overshadowing
2013 (sorry Cooper and Summer but the World Cup and Disney World is just so
exciting), I decided I had to be involved in the celebration with the only way
I know how: blasting my body with intense workouts in the hope of being ready
in case the FBI needed me.
So today, after several weeks of training, I decided to do
an unofficial FBI physical fitness test at the school with a track. It’s a test that is point-based with 4+1
events, 10 points possible in each event.
To qualify you need at least 12 points with 1 point in each event. Though the pull-ups are scored, they do not
count for the final qualification. Summer
watched as a witness and timer. The order
of the events along with the results went as such:
Situps in a minute: 59 (10 points)
-5 min rest-
300 meter sprint: 45.12 sec (5 points)
-5 min rest-
Total push-ups (continuous): 69 (9 points)
-5 min rest-
1.5 mile run: 9:43 min (7 points)
-5 min rest-
Total Pull-ups (continuous): 14 (7 points)
Total Points (sans pull-ups): 31
For training, I had been doing the sit-ups without anybody
holding my legs, so when it came time to do the actual event, the leverage gave
me an extra advantage. I know the 1.5
mile run seems kind of weak, which I kind of agree. I was still recovering, I felt, from the 300
meter sprint which made me pretty nauseous.
But overall, I was happy with the results.
