Would you believe me? I’m put in a bind. It’s that situation that only junior high memories can recall. “If you do this, I’ll let you do that.” Well, I’m there again.
Two tickets to an NFL game: Jacksonville Jaguars @ Houston Texans. A student offered me them saying “Here are two tickets. For you and your girlfriend. Do you want them?” Of course I did, but fearing retribution for accepting what might be considered a bribe, I took my (what I thought) moral dilemma to the administraition who waved it off, saying “…as long they’re not expecting anything in return.” So, I’m going: SUNDAY, Sept 27 at 1:00. Though it runs in my lesson time, that isn’t my biggest issue.
So, do I have to find a girl to take? What mormon girl is going to go to an NFL game on a Sunday (and who is relatively attractive). Now I’m put in that same situation I was in for the And 1 tournament (though I’m hoping to see more action than that game). Where do I find the resources? I know no one.

Dude, tell Steve Slaton to get his act together. He's my #1 Fantasy Football running back and he stunk last week (along with the offensive line). At least Tony Romo pulled me through with his career highs.
Good luck with inviting a girl to the game. When Jenn and I were acquaintances at the Villa Apts, Chris and I drove across town, bummed two tickets off Chris' sister's Bishop, all so we could invite Jenn and her roommate to the game as we knew they weren't doing anything that night. Their collective response: "I don't know, it's probably too cold."
Don't take it personal.
Well there went my idea. I was going to say "invite Jenn." I would come down and be your friend, but it's sister's weekend in St. George. Sorry. Good luck - keep the faith.
The kind of girl you want to be there with is the kind of girl who would see the value in seeing an NFL game live and skip Sunday school for it, no matter who is teaching. SERIOUSLY, put an add on ldssingles.com, and solicit for a girl who is into football, will make your family proud if caught on camera while we all look for you on tv, and who will be totally fun to watch a game with. Follow up contact would be strictly option and only if mutually requested. You almost need a professional for this so your chance to see an NFL game isn't completely ruined.
