Wrong Card - Wrong Place

We had our dinner group last night. It was prime rib night at the Mt. Timpanogos Temple and that doesn't happen very often - probably about every three months. So we all gathered there at 6:30. I went in and showed my recommend to the brother at the front desk. He looked at me with a puzzled expression. Then I noticed that it wasn't my recommend but my American Express card that I had shown. I was totally mortified!!!! Then the brother smiled and said, "That will be $2.50." Either I am using my card too often, or I'm not going to the temple often enough. We did sealings for the Hinckley family and then were headed back to get dressed. I was hanging back with Brother Leiber and his wife Mary Jean who was using a walker. All at once Mary Jean stopped and tooted really loud a half a dozen times. She said, "I guess I shouldn't have had the prime rib. " I looked at Wilf and started giggling. I could not stop. Dad gave me the evil eye but I still couldn't stop. I think the temple workers were glad to see me go.

That is great!

It looks like you and Samantha have something in common: You both used credit cards for Prime rib dinners....oh wait, samantha used the Discover.

That is hilarious about the toots. It's like the MTC when we would have classroom prayer and someone made a sound. I don't think we had one prayer in the MTC when someone wasn't giggling.
